1.1. Applicable Legislation

Our Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”).

To the extent that it does not conflict with the aforementioned Regulation, this Privacy Policy also complies with the applicable Spanish legislation on the protection of personal data.

The User confirms that they are over 14 years of age and therefore have the legal capacity required to provide consent to the processing of their personal data, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
